Are your products safe for skin use?
All our products use the highest quality ingredients and go through a vigorous process of selection and trials before we give our approval. After our approval, we send the products to the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency where our products are given the final approval to be used. Before using our products, we suggest to read the label carefully to make sure product is used properly. Please email us if you require further information at email@example.com
Can I get a sample?

I got the wrong product! Help me!?
Oh no! Please email us at email@example.com so we can review your order and have it checked or please use our contact form on the website. Please note that this is applicable to products that are damaged or wrongly sent.
I would like to return my product! How do I do this?
We will gladly exchange the product if you contact us within 7 days from receipt of the goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information. Please note that this is applicable to products that are damaged or wrongly sent. Returns received after the 7 days period will not be accepted. Return products are only valid for undelivered packages.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, our products are cruelty-free. We do not condone or approve any kind of testing on any of Earth's beautiful creatures.
I haven't received my product! Where is it? Can I track my order?
Once we have finished processing your order and it has been shipped to carrier, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. We also update our system with your tracking number which provides you with information regarding your order.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases are prepared for dispatch, we are able to cancel, change or edit the details regarding your item, billing and shipping details. However, if the existing order has been processed and dispatched then we are unable to make any further changes.
Is my information kept private?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with any party not involved in the transaction.
